Frank Parrington

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of Frank Parrington, more affectionately known to many people as Mr "P", in his 85th year. For those of you who are not aware, Mr "P" founded Spartans swimming club and has been actively involved in the swimming fraternity for a great many years.
