Zimparks Survey

There has been an overwhelming response, upwards of 500 returns, to the Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority "MARKET SURVEY"  i.e. plan to remove the self-catering aspect for its accommodation facilities i.e. lodges, cottages and chalets. 

 

The Authority confirm that it was simply an in house survey, conducted specifically for their station at Main Camp, where there is a restaurant.  Unfortunately the survey form did not state that it covered Main Camp only and hence it was widely circulated.  Thus the Authority apologises for any inconvenience caused, however thank all respondents for their valuable input. 

 

Further, the Authority confirm that the self-catering aspect at Main Camp will remain in place and therefore the Survey has been stopped/withdrawn - with immediate effect.
