A Satellite pic of the “Big Storm” centred just North of
Harare. I have been watching it over the last couple of days, getting
slightly bigger and more intense. It is very slow moving so it is dropping a
lot of rain.
It may not move out of the way till Monday pm or evening.
The storm, actually an intense
low pressure system, ( a bit like a cyclone, typhoon etc) is moving very slowly
eastwards. Because it is moving very slowly, it will drop an awful lot of water
in any particular area along its path. So, more flooding to come.
