Wins Service Excellence Award 2013!
The security business is hard work, and anyone who says
different obviously has not worked in security before!! We deal with all sorts
of situations, and often in very challenging positions.
As a team we put an incredible amount of effort into our
service I am very proud to inform you that this year we have been voted the top
security company in Zimbabwe!
The award is based on client feedback across the country on
our service delivery in each centre across all companies: turnout and image,
efficiency, knowledge, response to requests, and reliability of service and product
A very big WELL DONE to each and every person in the
company. Lets keep up the good work, and make sure our competitors remain
firmly behind us!!

The Safeguard Security Group won the 2013 Contact Centre
Association of Zimbabwe Customer Service Excellence Award for the security
sector.
The runners-up were Securico and Fawcetts, which took second
and third place respectively.
The awards, which ran under the theme ‘Celebrate Success,
Inspire Excellence’, aim to recognise, promote and reward excellence,
professionalism and outstanding achievement in all sectors of the economy.
Such recognition was awarded to the Safeguard Security Group,
which, with more than 40 years experience, is one of the country’s leading
security companies.
