i am deeply grieved with the death that are occurring in Zimbabwean Roads however i also feel that the vid should be investigated as gettin a provisional licence requires one to pay something and even to get the licence.I have heard others saying u should part with 60-80 to get a provisonal so making efforts on the roads is a secondary thing uproot the root first.hwatanga zvakare huori
