IT is with the deepest
regret that I have to inform you of the passing of our very dear wife and
mother Carole Brooks who after a very brave battle with Leukaemia passed away
at the Oakhaven Hospice in Lymington Hampshire at 1940 hours bst on Monday
13th May 2013
She had been in the
Royal Bournemouth Hospital for the last 2 months however the treatment which is
most unplesant was ineffective.
She was transferred to
the Hospice yesterday Morning and Members of her family were with her until she
passed away.
