One of our readers was out at Warren Hills Cemetery this week and wrote the following:
I was at the cemetery this Thursday - the grass was not as bad as it was at Easter, it looked like they had burnt the grass in some sections to sort it out.
I think water is a problem - at one time when there was water, I thought residents from nearby were collecting water in their containers to take away with them . I regret to say I did not check if there was any water in the taps this time - I am so used to taking my own. There seems to be an ant and weed problem in some areas. Some graves are maintained but many are not.
